The hotel is located right in the centre of the old quarter, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. It is close to restaurants and eateries, providing plenty of dining options. the rooms are spacious and clean, with big windows that offer a good view and plenty of natural light.
Some of the rooms may be in need of maintenance, with peeling wallpaper and short shower curtains that lead to bathroom flooding.

We appreciated staff and the food here. Cau Giay district definitely deserves exploring. The hotel was situated close to the 1 bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance.

Lovely room, great breakfast, and perfect location! It's super easy to walk to cool stuff, like St. Joseph's Cathedral. 🏰

The room was nice and bigger than any other hotel room we booked in Hanoi.
The A/C was not working and the balcony door was broken, mind that the hotel is located in a very busy street/area, it was impossible to get a good rest there. I discussed this with the front desk, but they did not seem willing to do anything about it

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, as it was right in the bustling Old Quarter and close to everything. It was easy to move around and explore the city, with the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake and the cathedral just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great range of delicious options. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the hotel staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything from organizing transportation to providing valuable information about the city. Their level of service was exceptional.
Everything was fantastic.

We had booked the cheapest room (which had no window) and they up-graded our choice without extra costs and gave us a big, beautiful room with view over the street. The hotel staff was very helpful (and they expected nothing in return).
Breakfast was very poor

This hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter is conveniently located and provides great value for money. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a window onto the passage and a balcony for fresh air. The staff provides friendly service and the breakfast offers a mix of traditional Vietnamese and Western options at very reasonable prices.
Everything was satisfactory.

I really enjointed my stay at An Hung Hotel for 4 days. Everything was perfect from the friendly services to the clean room and value breakfast. I choose the deluxe city view room and I think I did the right choice. Newly decore, big window and especially I love their big mirror insite. I bought the Sapa tour with Mr Vinh and I had a great time too. I will definetly come back to this hotel if I have chance and highly recomemd to my friends and family.

An Hung Hotel is my number once choice in Hanoi. I think 5 stars services have make this hotel so diffrent with the other. You won't feel lonely even you travel alone. Nothing was to much trouble for them and I know that they all work here by their hearts. Although not everything are perfect but I still give them a full mark because they have given 200% efford in this hotel. Thank to all the staffs - I had a wonderful time here.

The breakfast was delightful and the staff was attentive and helpful. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city and the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. A nice touch was the complimentary snacks and drinks offered in the room.
The lack of a window in the room made it feel quite claustrophobic and we felt like we were trapped inside. the room lacked any decorative flair and felt quite bare, making it difficult to truly relax and enjoy our romantic escape.

&Quot;charming hotel" After carefully researching on internet, we decided to book this one immediately. The service is over what we read the review. The room has a good size and very clean. A big window in Deluxe City View room. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. We highly appreciated all the help and afford to try to make our stay the most comfortable and memorable. Recommend AN HUNG Hotel to everyone!

Breakfast was fine
Over expensive hotel that did not deliver. Situated in the heart of the old quarter, one gets to experience the madness of Hanoi on your doorstep I recommended to stay overnight in the old quarter but not at this hotel at this price. Our room was expensive suite located on the eight floor. Despite the price, our Wi-Fi was non existent despite router located on the floor. This hotel has frequent power failures but thankfully the back up generator cuts in Therefore save all work if you using the hotel’s computer. .
